Review of draft electricity use of system charging model (2009)

Reckon was contracted by the Energy Networks Association (ENA) to help the regional electricity distribution network operators in Great Britain develop and implement a common method for determining the structure of charges for use of their networks at lower voltages (typically under 11kV).
