Competition enforcement secondment (2006)
Nicholas Francis undertook a three-month secondment to a UK competition law enforcement authority to fill in before a new Head of Competition Economics took his position.
His main role was to deal with a case of alleged abuse of a dominant position under the Competition Act 1998 and Article 82.
