Market impact analysis for BBC HD television channel (2007)

Nic led a project to provide a quantitative analysis of the potential impact of a proposed new BBC high definition TV channel on commercial broadcasters and the wider market, as part of the regulatory and governance arrangements for the launch of new BBC services. This work built on an initial assessment of the potential market impacts of the new channel that Nic had carried out for the BBC during a project led by a media sector strategy consultancy. The channel was subsequently launched as "BBC HD".
