Who are we?

Reckon LLP is an economics consultancy with expertise in data analysis, economic regulation and competition law.

What are these quick guides?

We sometimes undertake research into areas outside the scope of the services that we provide. For example, we might investigate a legal or procedural question to help a prospective client decide whether to use our services, or look for the answer to a practical or IT issue that we have faced in running our own business.

Unfair competition?

Unfair competition is a guide to complaining about anti-competitive practices: abuse of a dominant position, anti-competitive regulation, or unjustified State aid.
The guide provides general information about the protection provided by the law and the available enforcement mechanisms. It also describes a fixed-fee service from Reckon to help you make an effective competition complaint, and lists some contact points.
