Thames Water penalty: extension of deadline
Ofwat decision (4 pages, PDF, with a copy of the 12-page July 2006 notice appended) to allow additional representations to be made before the amount of the penalty on Thames Water is set. The new deadline is Thursday 30 November 2006.
