Network Rail consultation (12 pages, PDF) on the scope and structure of an updated network statement. A network statement is required under a 2001 EC directive and is to provide all the necessary information required to use access rights. Network Rail proposes to follow a template created by RailNetEurope. Responses by Friday 6 October 2006.
