Complaints about Port of Helsingborg excessive pricing

European Commission decision (85 pages, PDF) rejecting a complaint by the ferry operator Scandlines Sverige and Sundbusserne alleging that the Port of Helsingborg (used for short ferry crossings between Danemark and Sweden) had abused its dominant position by levying excessive charges. The Commission also rejected (65 pages, PDF) a similar complaint by Sundbusserne. The Commission's decision had been appealed by Scandlines Sverige to the CFI, case T-399/04 (see page 2 of this PDF). But the case is shown as "Removed from the register on 22/02/2005" on the unwieldy CFI case list.
