Ofwat happy with Sutton and East Surrey refinancing
Ofwat note (9 pages, PDF) confirming that it sees no problem with Deutsche Bank's syndication of its financial interest in Sutton and East Surrey Water to investors including three Canadian investment funds. The opportunity to add a cash lock up condition in the company's licence will be taken.
