Water access code licence conditions (MD205)
Ofwat letter proposing amendments to the licence condition governing the preparation and revision of access codes, so as to place an obligation on companies to comply with parts of Ofwat's guidance which fall outside the statutory scope of such guidance. Responses by Thursday 11 August 2005.
