Definition of innovative energy efficiency action
Ofgem decisions (30 pages, PDF) on the criteria to be applied to decide whether energy efficiency initiatives by energy suppliers qualify as "innovative action" and the corresponding uplift in their contribution to suppliers energy efficiency obligation. The approach is in line with Ofgem's April 2005 consultation.
