Consultation on BSkyB's interest in ITV plc
OFT invitation to submit comments on whether BSkyB's acquisition of a shareholding in ITV plc gives rise to a merger situation under the Enterprise Act 2002, and if so whether there are grounds to suspect a substantial lessening of competition justifying a reference to the Competition Commission. The deadline for responses is Thursday 25 January 2007.
