No abuse by French cinema advertising agents

Conseil de la concurrence decision (64 pages in French, PDF) rejecting complaints against alleged anti-competitive practices in cinema advertising in France. The Conseil found that there was a collective dominant position between the two main national agencies but that the allegations of exclusionary abuse against independent providers of local advertising has not been supported by the evidence.
