FR: Court of auditors report on tax fraud

French court of auditors report (341 pages in French, PDF) on tax fraud.

The report reviews available data and studies in France and other countries and discusses possible ways of tackling fraud. Fraud on VAT and national insurance contributions are judged likely to be the main sources of tax losses in France.
