National Grid system operator price controls 2008/2009
Ofgem proposals (59 pages, PDF) for the limits to apply to National Grid's electricity and gas system operation revenues in 2008/2009. This follows from the consultation conducted by National Grid in its own initial proposals.
Ofgem has also produced draft licence modifications for electricity (6 pages, PDF) and gas (20 pages, PDF).
Responses by Wednesday 26 March 2008 (for implementation on 1 April 2008).
