In-depth investigation of French satellite TV merger
Conseil de la concurrence notice (in French) reporting that the Conseil has been asked to conduct an in-depth inquiry into the merger of the two French satellite TV platforms, TPS and CanalSatellite. Advice will be provided in confidence to the minister by Thursday 13 July 2006, and will be published four weeks later together with the ministerial decision on the merger.
