OFT inquiry into pharmaceutical price regulation
OFT press notice extending its inquiry into the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme (PPRS) and threatening the industry and Government with a Competition Commission reference if co-operation and information provision are not maintained. The inquiry is now due to continue until March 2007.
