Ofgem veto of National Grid transmission charges proposal
Ofgem letter (2 pages, PDF) confirming that National Grid is in compliance with the conditions attached to the approval of its structure of charges for electricity transmission, even though Ofgem has vetoed modification proposal ECM-02: negative demand charges (which would have involved a rebalancing of transmission charges from generation to demand).
