Ofwat's unit costs and relative efficiency report 2006/2007
Ofwat's annual report (34 pages, PDF) on relative efficiency econometric models and unit cost comparisons, using data for the financial year 2006/2007. Ofwat has also released a covering letter (7 pages, PDF) and the data used (four Microsoft Excel files). These data include sub-company/sub-activity numbers for sewerage which are not yet available as part of the published version of the 2007 June returns.
