Further delay to decision on transmission losses
Ofgem letter (2 pages, PDF) announcing that a final decision on the allocation of transmission losses in Great Britain has been postponed to the second half of 2008 in part because of a legal challenge to Ofgem's powers to direct implementation of any proposals after missing the original deadline for a decision.
