ITV withdraws complaint about Sky regionalisation charge
Ofcom Online Competition Bulletin update (HTML) reporting that ITV has withdrawn its complaint to Ofcom about charges for regionalisation services for ITV1 on the Sky EPG. ITV and BSkyB have resumed negotiations and Ofcom has closed the case that it had opened on 31 December 2004.
