Ofwat consults on Thames Water's change of ownership
Ofwat consultation (30 pages, PDF) on issues arising from Macquarie's acquisition of Thames Water. No licence modifications are proposed at this stage but the consultation raises the possibility of some changes, including introducing the cash lock-up provision. Responses by Monday 5 March 2007.
