Changes to the regulation of Network Rail land disposals
ORR consultation (48 pages, PDF) proposing some amendments to the consent process under Network Rail's licence for disposals of interests in land. This process applies for disposals that do not trigger the statutory closure provisions now in Part 4 of the Railways Act 2005. Responses by Friday 31 March 2006.
