BSC Panel proposal for generators' credit cover (P215)
ELEXON consultation (35 pages, PDF) on the proposal to use generators' final physical notifications instead of a deemed load factor for credit cover calculations. The proposed recommendation is to reject the initial proposal but endorse a version that would use metered data instead of notifications after a few days. Responses by noon on Thursday 31 January 2008.
