Irish electricity trading: decision on high-level design

NIAER/CER decision (14 pages, PDF) on the high-level design of the All Island electricity market for Ireland. There is no change in the proposed design, and "[t]he Regulatory Authorities continue to believe that the SEM design, as set out in the High Level Design paper, will provide an efficient wholesale electricity market for the island of Ireland." The issue of "dominance" is left open by the paper. Consultation responses and several other update documents were also published on the AIP website.
