Review of standard supply licence conditions
Ofgem statement (37 pages, PDF) setting out the scope and timetable for a comprehensive review of the standard licence conditions for electricity and gas supply. The main focus will be on removing unnecessary conditions and clarifying others, taking account of the development of competition in supply and recent increases in regulatory powers to enforce consumer protection law.
