SP Manweb competition undertakings for connections
Ofgem decision (24 pages, PDF) to accept the final form of SP Manweb's commitments (55 pages, 2.4M PDF) to provide specified levels of service and commercial confidentiality to independent connections providers in respect of the non-contestable elements of connections work. The commitments were given to address an allegation of abuse of a dominant position under the Competition Act 1998, and a draft had been consulted on in June 2005.
