Merger control processes for railway franchise awards
The OFT has invited comments on the following cases falling under the GB passenger rail franchise merger control rules:
- Arriva / Cross Country franchise (Monday 17 September 2007)
- Stagecoach / East Midlands franchise (Tuesday 2 October 2007)
- National Express / East Coast franchise (Wednesday 3 October 2007)
- Govia / West Midlands franchise (Monday 8 October 2007)
