Proposed variation to Manweb competition commitments
Ofgem consultation (34 pages, PDF) on a proposal to relax some of the commitments on non-contestable connections work given by SP Manweb in October 2005 following a competition complaint, on the basis that they unduly duplicate the general rules introduced for all companies on 1 October 2007. Responses by Friday 9 November 2007.
