United Utilities compliance with Ofwat transfer pricing rules
Undertaking (2 pages, PDF) given by United Utilities Water to Ofwat to modify or terminate its arrangements with associate sub-contractors (including Thus and Vertex) so as to be able to report accounting data for the regulated water business in compliance with Ofwat's transfer pricing rules (RAG5).
