Department for Transport notice disclosing the profile of the subsidies to be paid to Govia for the London Midland passenger rail franchise (Silverlink and part of Central Trains) between November 2007 and March 2015 (or perhaps November 2013).
Planned increases for unregulated fares are RPI+3 on London to Northampton and RPI+1 elsewhere.
