Ofgem decision on IDNO access to Central Networks

Ofgem decision (12 pages, PDF) on licence breaches by Central Networks in connection with the supply of information to independent distribution networks. Ofgem concludes that the restrictions imposed were not justified by the safety arguments advanced by Central Networks. Ofgem decided not to impose a financial penalty as it had no ground to believe that Central Networks intentionally imposed or maintained unfair restrictions.
