Review of Network Code Part J: Changes to access rights
ORR letter (4 pages, PDF, with a 37-page annex) inviting applications for membership of an industry subgroup to review the operation of the terms and conditions governing changes to network access rights, including the "freight transfer" and use-it-or-lose-it mechanisms. Responses by Thursday 20 October 2005 (the letter is dated 7 October but was placed on the ORR website on 13 October).
