Metronet abandons request for interim direction
PPP Arbiter notice (2 pages, PDF) that the administrators of Metronet have abandoned the request for an interim direction as part of the extraordinary review of charges.
Metronet is now able to obtain funds from Transport for London under the PPP Administration rules, without the need for any direction from the Arbiter.
