Ofwat consultation on proposals for competition
Ofwat consultation (95 pages, PDF and 31 pages, PDF) on ideas for statutory changes intended to lead to more competition in the water and sewerage sector in England and Wales. Proposals for vertically separated price controls would only take effect from 2015.
