Update, 29 May 2007: The register's URL has been changed since first publication, with no redirection or helpful message of any kind. And it seems that the page now says “This site is temporarily unavailable. The Public Regsiter [sic] is available, as normal, via the Public Register Manager at the Department for Transport”.
