TF1 v Commission [2008] EUECJ T-144/04

Court of First Instance judgment (about 8 pages in French) rejecting an appeal by French commercial television company TF1 against a 2003 European Commission decision (19 pages, PDF) clearing State aid to the French State television channels France 2 and France 3 under Article 86(2). The court found that TF1's complaints about the decision were so unclear and unspecific as to be inadmissible or plainly unfounded.
