Alleged Telefónica ADSL margin squeeze
DG Competition press notice announcing a decision under Article 82 finding that the Spanish telephony incumbent Telefónica had committed a margin squeeze abuse in its wholesale and retail ADSL prices, and imposing a financial penalty.
The decision can be appealed to the Court of First Instance within two months. Going on past experience, the text of the decision is not likely to be published for several more months.
