Attheraces v BHB [2005] EWHC 3015 (Ch)

High Court judgment (about 38 pages) in the dispute between Attheraces and The British Horseracing Board (BHB) regarding payments for pre-race data. Mr Justice Etherton found that BHB had abused its dominant position by imposing unfair terms on Attheraces, in particular excessive prices and discriminatory prices.
