London music venues merger blocked
Competition Commission final report (74 pages, PDF, plus appendices) prohibiting common ownership of the Brixton Academy and the Hammersmith Apollo, and of the Shepherd's Bush Empire and the Forum.
Update, 9 February 2007: CC proposal (2 pages, PDF) to accept divestment undertakings from the parties.
