Claritas (UK) v The Post Office [2000] EWHC (Ch)

High Court judgment (about 12 pages, not available on free websites) refusing an application for an interim injunction against Royal Mail to prevent it from using its corporate brand in its Postal Preference Service. The judge found that the applicants, with whom the Postal Preference Service would compete, had not put forward any viable claim of abuse of a dominant position against Royal Mail.
