Ofgem letter (2 pages, PDF) explaining how Ofgem's policy limiting the right of network operators to recover in full from other customers the costs of irrecoverable debts from defaulting customers to debts that become due before the insolvency or within six weeks of it provides enough time for a sensible approach to credit control.
