BSkyB appeal against report on ITV shareholding

Competition Appeal Tribunal summary (3 pages, PDF) of the grounds for an appeal by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc against the Competition Commission report on its shareholding in ITV plc and the ministerial decision ordering divestment.

Sky appeals against decisions on jurisdiction (whether the minority shareholding led to a merger situation), lessening of competition and proportionality of remedies (in particular the rejection of its offer to waive its voting rights as an ITV shareholder).
