Submissions to Ofcom investigation into the pay TV industry
A joint submission from BT, Setanta, Top Up TV and Virgin Media claiming that Sky's position in pay TV has an adverse effect on competition, together with Sky's response, have been published by Ofcom (links to PDF files in the right column).
