BBC Trust consultation on the BBC complaints system
BBC Trust consultation (105 pages, PDF) on proposed changes to the BBC's system for handling complaints, including fair trading complaints. Most complaints would be dealt with by BBC management, with the Trust only considering appeals.
One of the proposals is to reduce the time period for appealing a BBC management fair trading decision to the BBC Trust to one month (from the two months currently allowed).
