Irish electricity pool: small generators and meter data flows

NIAER/CER consultation (29 pages, PDF) on arrangements for small generators' participation in the single Irish electricity pool. The regulators propose that a generator that does not participate in the pool must sell all its energy to a single supplier, and set out metering data flows and timescales for settlement. Responses by Friday 28 July 2006.
