Sky ordered to cut ITV stake
Ministerial decision (7 pages, PDF) to accept the Competition Commission's advice and require BSkyB to reduce its stake in ITV plc to 7.5 per cent.
Sky may take the matter to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
