Ofreg plans for debt funding of Phoenix transmission
Ofreg progress report (3 pages, PDF) on plans to transfer Phoenix's gas transmisison business (the pipeline from Ballylumford to Belfast) to a debt-funded entity. Ofreg believes that adopting a similar model as for the electricity and gas interconnectors with Scotland would reduce costs. Comments are invited.
