OFT to revise opinion on newspaper/magazine distribution
Short OFT press notice announcing that its May 2005 draft opinion on the compatibility of newspaper and magazine distribution agreements with competition law will be replaced by a new draft opinion "by the end of May 2006". There will be another consultation on the revised draft.
