Ofcom to investigate joint selling of FA Cup radio rights
Ofcom has opened a formal investigation following a complaint from the Wireless Group that an agreement between the Football Association and the BBC, for the supply of national radio rights to FA cup games, infringes Chapter I of the Competition Act.
Update: the case was closed in October 2005.
