Ofcom consultation (152 pages, PDF) on its review of the television production sector. Ofcom found that the codes of practice and new (2003) terms of trade were generally regarded as working well in relation to scheduled broadcast television. Ofcom's proposals for intervention relate mainly to the introduction of "windows" for distribution on other platforms. Responses by Tuesday 21 March 2006.
